ESMO is an e-sports manager that lets you run MOBA, FPS and car football clubs. You arrange the lineup, training and tactics, and then watch each game in real time, and the pre-game decisions will be directly reflected in the game. A club manages three kinds of projects:- MOBA: selection, division, wild pressure, resources, late curve and group warfare. -FPS: economy, point selection, prop timing, gun protection, gun firing, counter-tactics, round reading. -Car Football: Rotation, Boost Management, Pression, Solving, Ball Physics. The match-day decision will directly affect the result:- MOBA: choose to scaling to teamfight, or do split-push in side wave; For the next dragon trade tower, or keep lane priority; Let the jungler switch to top or bot before the gank window closes. -FPS: round 4 force-buy, or full eco such as save; execute B with utility, or default mid; 3 people retake, or save to the next round. -Car football: first-man choose commit or stay back; double-challenge or believe rotation; fast-tap kickoff or slow build-up. FPS and car football are rendered in 3D. MOBA is currently 2D and a 3D version is under development. Every game can be seen from the beginning to the end. You can look back at the moment when carry started the group battle, support saved the group battle, and the car football defense rotation was turned on, and then adjust the tactics before the next match. The e-sports manager attached importance to the process of the match, and the final score was only part of the resumption. The online world will continue to advance. Thousands of managers are eyeing the same transfer market for the same crop of new recruits for league seasons, open preselections, prestige tours and big tournaments. The transfer happens in real time, the contract will expire when you are not looking, and the salary will gradually reduce the budget. The right signing can change the season, and a renewal without judgment can limit the next step. Waiting too long will miss candidates, and too early a shot will leave wages and years of pressure. Outside of the league, you can play qualifying ladder, verify your ideas with quick matches, or make friendlies with managers you know. They are suitable for testing line-up, observing young players, and confirming roster chemistry. The transfer market is shared and the candidates you find may also appear in the lists of other clubs. You can also use ranked as a long-term test, quick match as a quick verification, and friendly as an environment for serious tactical practice with acquaintances. Scoring is only part of the player's evaluation. Language, personality, position, growth curve, teammate chemistry will affect the team. Read scouting reports, talk about contract years and salaries, hold team meetings, and sign people who are really suitable for the system. Higher values don't necessarily improve roster, and appropriate roles and communication relationships are equally important. Training arrangements and team meetings will also affect judgment. Chemical reactions will first be reflected in the preparation stage and then in the competition. Sponsorship, salary, budget and bonus are also in your charge. ESMO has management elements, but the core is the team: who to sign, how to practice, what to ask for in the competition, and what to change after watching. Wages will affect the next transfer, bonuses will change the season plan, and sponsorship contracts will affect the risks you can take. ESMO was developed by myself. I update weekly.
